Yarak birds of prey is the most unique falconry centre in Devon and the southwest being a totally private birds of prey centre. The general public are not allowed to just walk into our centre all bookings are by appointment only.

Here at Yarak we cater for a complete hands on experience with the birds. You will handle and fly them yourselves under instruction, unlike public falconry centres. Public centres are open only during the tourist season, and are mainly just entertainment based for numbers through the gate, with you watching the birds being flown. Yarak houses 34 birds of prey some of which are captive bred rescue birds that have been given a home for the rest of their lives and now have a fantastic quality of life.

Here at Yarak we are professional working falconers and the centre is open all year round for combined experience days, 4 day courses and falconry apprenticeships.
