We are situated in Devon 4 miles from Junction 28 M5 near to Cullompton.

Yarak birds of prey is the most unique of Devons falconry centres in the Southwest being the only proper falconry centre that is private and not open to the public to just walk in. It is a totally different experience from a public centre which is more about numbers through the gate and is entertainment based with you just watching. Unlike the full hands on birds of prey experience you will have at Yarak. There are no large groups at Yarak and nothing else that will distract you from your special experience here.

The falconry centre is set within 12 acres in a beautiful rural location surrounded by undulating farmland and has a real tranquil feel to it and a very relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy being amongst these beautiful majestic creatures and enjoy your experience in a private environment.

Every birds of prey experience at Yarak is a completely hands on affair with YOU handling and flying the birds yourselves under instruction and US watching you instead of the other way around.

We offer a special combined birds of prey day handling and flying Owls, Falcons Hawks and Eagles for people wanting something different!

Derrick Coyle the Ravenmaster from the Tower of London is the patron of our centre 23rd June 2005 Yeoman Ravenmaster Derrick Coyle from the Tower of London. Derrick was attending the centre on a Hawk Management Course to enable him and his assistants to train and fly the Ravens at the Tower like hawks to the gloved hand. We have also taught two of the other Yeoman to train and fly Hawks and Ravens.

We also cater for Individuals, Couples, Families, Small groups.

You may also book the centre for a private party or a family day out or for school visits etc.

We also offer Corporate days for businesses

Vouchers available for all those special presents, eg: Birthdays, Christmas, Anniversaries etc!! All vouchers valid for 12 months!!

Spectators

Spectators may accompany alongside the person for the day at a cost of £20 per person

You may also take as many photos and video footage as you like
of the birds and the falconry centre.
